Packsaddle Grocery Supply is proudly owned and operated by Will Roth, a long-time Teton Valley local. After cooking at some of the valley’s best restaurants—including Forage and Maison—Will launched a sourdough baking business, Scottie’s Supper Club, to share his meticulously crafted loaves with restaurants, cafés, and the local community. Will knows quality in food and drink, and he’s passionate about sharing Teton Valley’s best with everyone who comes to visit.
